Many people feel disheartened and helpless at the problems that are facing the world, global warming, terrorist attacks, war, famines and social changes here and elsewhere. There is a sense of ‘What can I do – I am only one person.’

Making ethical choices will not solve all the worlds problems but it will result in a better quality of life for many and help to maintain the health of the planet.
